My Story
I'm Gibson. I graduated high school in 2026, and instead of heading straight into a lecture hall, I decided to spend this year building something real.
I taught myself how to build automation systems that solve problems small businesses deal with every single day: missed calls, forgotten follow-ups, reviews that never get asked for. The first place I tested it wasn't a demo account, it was my dad's plumbing business, right here in Ontario. I built the system, wired it into their real setup, and tested it end to end — watching it send the follow-up, route a happy customer straight to Google, and flag an unhappy one privately before it could ever become a public review.
That's the whole idea behind what I do. You talk directly to me, I build the system myself, and I keep tuning it until it's actually working for you.

What if I already have a way of following up with customers?
That's fine — I can work alongside what you've got or replace it outright, whichever gets you more reviews with less manual effort on your end.
Is my customers' data safe?
Your customer information is only used to send the follow-ups you've approved, and it's never sold. It is handled by the services that run the automation — including Make.com and Google, both based in the United States — which is set out in full in my privacy policy.
